A Sneak Peak Of The Last Airbender
\”The Last Airbender\” opens in 3D and 2D theaters that stars Noah Ringer, Nicola Peltz, Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel, Jessica Jade Andres, Aasif Mandvi, Shaun Toub, Cliff Curtis and Keong Sim.
Shyamalan isn\’t the first director who comes to mind for a PG-rated project, but he assures us he is taking the job seriously. It is his first adaptation directed movie, which is an action-adventure fantasy film. The movie has a strong protagonist named Aang, who is the only hope that can stop the war between others and the Fire Nation. He is also the lone airbender and survivor of the peaceful Air Nomads
Caught between combat and courage, Aang (Ringer) discovers he is the lone Avatar with the power to manipulate all four elements. Air, Water, Earth and Fire are four nations tied by destiny when the Fire Nation launches a brutal war against the others. A century has passed with no hope to change the path of destruction.
To restore balance to their war-torn world Aang teams with Katara (Peltz), a Waterbender, and her brother, Sokka (Rathbone). The Avatar is the physical embodiment of the world, with the ability to manipulate all four elements and can draw upon the combined power, knowledge, and experience of the Avatar\’s previous incarnations.
To ensure that the world remains balanced he strikes alliance with teenage Waterbender named Katara and her brother Sokka. The Avatar\’s obligation is to maintain peace between the four nations and the spirit realm. He is also accompanied with his animal guide Appa.; a Flying Bison. Thus begins Aang\’s perilous journey to restore balance to their war-torn world. Standing in their way is the ambitious Fire Nation Admiral Zhao and Prince Zuko, the banished prince of the Fire Nation who seeks to capture Aang to regain his honor.
In brief, the story revolves around Aang. He possesses the ability to manipulate the four elements and is focused with keeping the Four Nations at peace. He is also the last surviving member of the Air Tribe. Unfortunately for Aang, the Fire Nation has been waging war against the others for 100 years. In order to defeat them, the young Airbender — along with his Waterbender friend Katara and her brother Sokka must restore the balance to their world.
The Last Airbender will be out in theaters on 9th July. The strong story line, cast & action-fantasy blend makes it one of the most awaited movie this season.
