Weight Loss Through Exercise – The Safe Way to Lose Weight

There have been many studies which have proven that exercise combined with a good weight loss diet will bring faster results than either one alone. Studies carried out have shown that the body does not start to use fat stores until you have done your exercise for between 25 to 30 minutes during an exercise session. Increasing intensity will cause your body to burn glycogen rather than stored fat.

This is probably great news if you dread the thought of sprinting around the track every morning. Instead, try walking at a brisk pace for 30 minutes. I can guarantee you that you’ll be able to walk a lot longer than you’ll be able to sprint!

Walking is undeniably one of the best types of aerobic exercise if your aim is to loose weight, and of course it requires no special equipment. There’s no gym involved, and of course there’s no need for you to learn any new exercises either, but instead, you can do it whenever you wish and wherever you wish. Lastly but not least, it’s easier on your joints than what running is.
